Chef Joel Autry (formerly of The Silver Grille and The Wine Bar) is pairing up with Arber Rose Farms to present a three-course farm-to-table dinner and wine pairing. The menu consists of: wild mushroom pate with a fig onion jam on toasted baguette, roasted pacific cod with a hazelnut romeo sauce and himalayan red rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables, and apple hazelnut tart tatin.
